Marjorie has been a client with the Jervis Bay Hearing Centre since 2011. Marjorie was referred to the Vincentia centre by a friend who recommended that she access hearing services closer to home.
We asked Marjorie why she chose to get her hearing services from the Jervis Bay Hearing Centre.
“I chose the Jervis Bay Hearing Centre for convenience. I live close by and I had heard good reports about them.”
When asked about the importance of hearing health, Marjorie replied,
“I have a large family with 22 great grandchildren and it was hard to hear at big family gatherings.”
Marjorie has lost the hearing in one of her ears, so only has hearing in the right side. Marjorie has been fitted with a unique bi-cross hearing aid system. This helps transfer sound from both sides so that she can hear more. The bi-cross system is perfect for helping Marjorie stay connected with her family and friends.
