Who we are

Our clinicians are here to help you realise your potential and be the very best you can be. We will gently guide you through your hearing wellness journey, encouraging you through every stage to help you to free yourself of the burden of hearing loss.

The Jervis Bay Hearing Centre is the only independent and locally-owned hearing service in the Shoalhaven. Unlike many of our competitors, we are not owned by a hearing aid manufacturer, and we never accept commissions for the sale of hearing aids.

This is good news for anybody seeking assistance with a hearing loss, because we are not here to promote the sale of hearing aids. Our only aim is to improve your hearing. That means we can offer you a range of helpful solutions to suit you.

Many people assume that they are diagnosed with a hearing loss, they will automatically need a hearing aid. Whilst many people with hearing loss do benefit from a hearing aid, this is not always the case. We can also offer help and support with other services, such as communications training, hearing rehabilitation, and referral to other specialists. If your hearing loss does require the fitting of a hearing aid, we can offer a device individually tailored to your circumstances and needs.
